The registration form must be filled and submitted to the school office before the registration period ends.

Incomplete or illegible registration forms, without photographs will not be processed/accepted.

The date of interaction will be given at the time of registration. School authorities have the right to change the date and time of interaction/aptitude test.

Mere issuance of form and registration does not guarantee admission, which is subject to availability of seats and other procedures.

A photocopy of birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or the concerned civic authority must be enclosed with the registration form for Nursery and Prep classes. A photocopy of the report card of passing the previous examination must be enclosed with the registration form for Class 1 and above. If the results have not been declared, admission will be subject to submission of documents after the results and till that time the admission will be provisional.

The age for admission to Nursery class should be more than 3 years in the academic session in which admission is taken. The age should be properly mentioned on the form.

Admission Formalities:

Candidates whose names are included in the list have to pay the fee by the dates shown in the list, otherwise the admission will be automatically cancelled.

Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form, Transport Form and Medical Form while paying the fee.

Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Local Body with the date of birth of the child and its certified photocopy is mandatory. Affidavit or any other proof is not acceptable in place of Birth Certificate. It has to be enclosed with the Admission Form. Transfer Certificate has to be enclosed for Class 1 and above.

Student Identity Card will be given to the child only when all the forms are duly filled and admission formalities are completed.

Parents have to report at the reception counter of the school with the Student Identity Card on the dates mentioned in the joining instructions.

Your child must report in school uniform, as well as bring books and stationery prescribed by the school.

Students are usually admitted to the school at the beginning of the session i.e. in the month of April.

A student who has previously studied in a recognized school cannot be admitted to this school without obtaining a school leaving certificate from the institution where he/she has last studied.
